My face-to-face experience with Metro Motors LLC and Jim Scarpello only lasted one day, after I had spoken to him on the phone a couple of times and told him I was interested in a P/U truck he had displayed on his website. I drove my car to Metro Motors from Bailey and Jim wrote up loaner vehicle paperwork that allowed me to drive the truck all the way up to Aspen Park in the mountains so my mechanic could check it out. It proved to be a well maintained and healthy truck. Jim was selling it at a really attractive price and he knew the history of the vehicle. I bought the truck.
The above paragraph sounds straightforward and dry, and it doesn’t really tell you much about Metro Motors and Jim Scarpello, so here is the stuff that makes a difference when you want to buy a used vehicle. I believe that Jim’s magic is that he finds vehicles that are, like my P/U is, very special, in great shape, and Jim’s pricing is certainly fair, if not low. He truly appeared to enjoy working with me and explaining whatever I asked about. And Jim is a stickler for detail in the sales documentation area.
If you are looking for a used vehicle, and in my opinion, anything else that Jim might have for sale, call him. Check out what he has and if he doesn’t have what you want, tell him and he can probably find something that you will like.
I give Jim Scarpello and Metro Motors LLC five stars in all areas. I would give him ten stars if I could. My wife is crazy about her new P/U that we got from Jim, and as they say, “Happy wife, happy life”.

Always a hassle trying to find a car! Trying to read reviews to find a great dealership AND looking through Craigs List, and not knowing one car from another is just a pain.
Heard about Metro Motors and Jim... Found just the right car, no walking around dealerships, and we saw through phone calls, the Internet, and he found the perfect car for us!
An Excellent car, low mileage, small enough for our garage, and able to see the car-fax report! Brought to us, and didn't even have to look at miles of cars at a dealership!
